Important instructions for using the Meeting room
  • Usage time

    When renting a Meeting room, please consider the usage time for event preparation, rehearsal, and demolition.
    Meeting room opening hours are 1 hour prior to rental time

    • Morning (09:00~12:00) 3 hours
    • Weekly (09:00~17:00) 8 hours
    • Afternoon (13:00~17:00) 4 hours
    • Half day (13:00~21:00) 8 hours
    • Nighttime (18:00~21:00) 3 hours
      (Available for exclusive rental only upon setting up)
    • All day (09:00~21:00) 12 hours
  • Usage fee
    • Deposit: 20% of the usage fee at the time of signing the contract
    • Interim payment: 30% of the usage fee 90 days before the start of rental
    • Balance: 50% of the usage fee 7 days prior to the start of rental
    • Other equipment usage fees: 100% of usage fees 7 days prior to rental start

  • Penalty

    Please check the exhibition hall penalty information table for more details.

    • From the day before the rental start date to 7 days: 70% of the cancellation rent
    • From 8 days before the rental start date to 90 days: 50% of the rent for cancellation
    • 91 days before rental start date: 20% of cancellation rent
  • Meeting room creation (setting)
    • Confirm and submit the construction plan, including seating arrangements (tables/chairs) and stage location, required for the Meeting room at least 10 days prior to the start of the rental period.
    • Support for meeting room construction for the first time only
    • Additional costs apply when changing after initial setup
  • A/V equipment and supplies

    ※ When requesting connection to external equipment, please submit related documents such as an event venue use report for prior consultation. (Precautions for using the event venue, work report, product import report, attachment of related supporting materials, etc.)

  • On-site Meeting room support

    For matters related to opening the Meeting room and on-site support (construction, A/V use, etc.) on the day of the event, please contact the Audio/Video (AV) Technical Support Center (042-250-1560~2).

  • Use of lobby and auxiliary facilities

    DCC provides auxiliary facility space such as the organizer's office and VIP waiting room to support smooth event hosting.
    Please discuss use at least 7 days prior to the event.
    However, please understand that priority allocation and use may be limited depending on the size and nature of the event.

    ※ It is not possible to change the use of auxiliary facilities or change internal fixed settings.
